Who we are
Her access is selective.
Her work speaks for itself.

Andréa L. Sinacola brings over a decade of legal experience to the marine, boat, and yacht industry, with a background that spans high-stakes commercial litigation and transactional law. A former trial attorney in Chicago, she’s worked at both boutique firms and an AMLAW100 firm before narrowing her focus to the maritime and yachting sectors. This is where her unique blend of legal acuity and industry fluency set
her apart.
Raised spending summers on Lake Michigan and immersed in the boating culture from a young age, Andréa’s connection to the industry is personal. Long before she began advising yacht builders, distributors, dealers and yacht/superyacht enthusiasts, she took her first USCG boating safety course at 14, and navigated poker runs with her father and siblings in her 20s. Today, she pairs that lifelong familiarity with a multifaceted legal approach, offering clarity and command in an industry that demands both.
Andréa serves as outside general counsel to marine businesses across the U.S. and internationally, advising manufacturers, distributors, dealers, brokerages, and service providers on corporate systems and structures for growth, compliance, and legally sound ways to move product across the U.S. and the world.
She also represents HNW and UHNW individuals on the purchase, sale, flagging, chartering, and
ownership of yachts and superyachts.
Whether guiding a cross-border transaction or facilitating an international dealership network, she brings thoroughness, strategy, and a solutions-first mindset to every
engagement.
